Do we deliver fragile items?

Yes, we do deliver fragile items. 

We understand some deliveries require extra care, particularly those that are fragile. Therefore Sherpa has strict guidelines for customers to follow when packaging fragile items. This is to ensure they're as well protected as possible for when our drivers are delivering.

We realise some items cannot be packed this way due to their extremely fragile state (such as balloons or tiered wedding cakes). Please note we do not deliver extremely fragile items. If a delivery is booked for an extremely fragile item such as these, you as a Sherpa driver, reserve the right to decline the pick up of the goods on arrival.
