When I log into my account I can’t access deliveries or any information. Why could that be?

Hmm, this seems strange!

If you're logging into your Sherpa account and can't access any deliveries or another information, there is likely a technical fault with your account.

In this instance, please get in touch with Sherpa via Live Chat through your Driver app, or submit a ticket through the Help Centre.
