Sherpa Support use SMS notifications to contact Sherpa Drivers for a number of reasons. These include account enquiries, active and future deliveries and any other important information.
If you would like to adjust which SMS Notifications you receive from Sherpa, here's how:
1. Log into the Sherpa Driver App
2. Select 'My Account'
3. Click 'Notification Preferences'
4. Toggle the SMS notifications you would like to receive
To ensure you're not missing out on vital information, we highly recommend you select all the options to ON.
Please note, if you disable all SMS Notifications, your Contact Preference will be set to Call.
